(a) Svaki dokument dostavljen temeljem ovog Ugovora o jamstvu bit će na engleskom jeziku. Dokument na hrvatskom ili nekom drugom jeziku bit će popraćeni s ovjerenim engleskim prijevodom dotičnog dokumenta, te će se taj ovjereni prijevod smatrati konačnim. `guarantee mechanism agreement` means the agreement described in Preamble C; and annexed as Annex 1, as may be amended from time to time; (e) all agreements, documents and instruments previously delivered to the Issuer in accordance with clause 7.1 shall remain in full force and effect.
