1. By signing this waiver and exemption from liability (contract), I waive and release Wesley Health Care Center Inc., its agents, agents, agents, insurers, successors and beneficiaries of the assignment of all claims, claims, means, damages and lawsuits of any kind, including, but not limited to claims relating to personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, loss of services, due or in any form, related to my presence or growth in or outside the institution. I have read the agreement and I understand that in signing the agreement, I have agreed to be bound by its terms, including the waiver/unblocking of a legal right that I may have to sue Wesley Health Care Center Inc. at any costs they inc. as a result of a claim or legal action against that agreement. I agree that any violation of the agreement and its terms and conditions, as defined by Wesley Health Care Center Inc., nullifies and terminates this agreement and may result in the loss of the facility`s ability to use it. Responsibility can be used to waive claims that have already been created, for example. B after a car accident. It can also be used to waive future claims for injury or damage. For example, you may be asked to sign a waiver form before participating in a high-risk or physical activity. I also agree and agree not to bring any claims or lawsuits against Wesley Health Care Center Inc.
for claims that will be made public by this Agreement. I also agree that if a claim against Wesley Health Care Center Inc. is invoked in violation of this agreement, including, but not limited to derivative claims, I will fully protect, defend and compensate Wesley Health Care Center Inc. for these claims and expenses, including legal fees and costs incurred by Wesley Health Care Center Inc. for the defence or security compensation under this agreement. This waiver and authorization is intended to absolve Wesley Health Care Center Inc. of liability for damages or injuries caused by or in any way related to my negligence, negligence of third parties and negligence of Wesley Health Care Center Inc. or the negligence of Wesley Health Care Center Inc. This is not intended to free Wesley Health Care Center Inc. from liability arising from their voluntary conduct.
In some cases, each party may claim that the other party is responsible for injury or damage. In this case, they can sign a mutual release agreement. As a general rule, an exemption from liability is used to release some of the liability in the event of an accident or other incident causing injury or damage.
