Erasmus Student Mobility Agreement

All participating country organizations (send and receive) must receive an ECHE. All organisations in the partner country must be authorities recognised by the relevant authorities and have signed inter-institutional agreements with their partners in the programme countries prior to mobility. A person with special needs is a potential participant whose individual physical, mental or health condition is such that his or her participation in the project/mobility action would not be possible without additional financial support. Higher education institutions that have selected students and/or staff with special needs may apply for additional grants from the National Agency to cover the additional costs associated with their participation in mobility activities. For people with special needs, therefore, assistance may exceed the individual ceilings listed below. Higher education institutions describe on their website how students and staff with special needs can request such additional assistance. Higher education institutions, both in programmes and in partner countries, are committed to respecting all Charter principles to ensure quality mobility, including “ensuring that outgoing mobile participants are well prepared for mobility, including achieving the required level of language skills” and “providing appropriate language support to incoming mobile participants.” Existing facilities in language courses can benefit from benefits. Higher education institutions that would be able to offer the mobility of quality students and staff, including language support, at a lower cost (or because they are funded from sources other than European funds) would have the opportunity to transfer part of the subsidy to help the organisation finance more mobility activities. The grant agreement defines the level of flexibility in this regard. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to postpone an Erasmus stay until the next year 2021/22. However, students can again apply for an Erasmus position in the main application round for the 2021/22 academic year. It is important to respect the deadline for submitting applications and to check in a timely manner whether an earlier deadline set by the student department can only be submitted as an application to an Erasmus spot within the deadline for submitting applications via Mobility Online.

Your home institution and your host institution must have an inter-institutional agreement between them so that you can study with Erasmus. The learning agreement aims to ensure transparent and effective preparation of exchanges to ensure that the student is recognized for successful activities abroad. There is no qualitative evaluation (quality has been assessed during the application phase of the ECHE or when selecting a national mobility consortium), and therefore there are no criteria for awarding. Both institutions must also hold the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (if they are in the countries of the programme). When the inter-institutional agreements are signed, the institutions of the partner countries commit to the principles of the Charter. In the case of national mobility consortia, this subsidy can be distributed among all national members according to rules they have agreed among themselves. With regard to mobility between partner countries and countries participating in the programme, the grant and organisation are shared by the relevant partners on a basis defined for both parties by the participating institutions. Students and university staff cannot apply directly for a scholarship; The selection criteria for participation in mobility activities are defined by the higher education institution where they study or are employed, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule I of this guide. Your university must recognize the credits (with ECTS credits or an equivalent system) as agreed in the apprenticeship contract before mobility, and count them on your diploma without other requirements The student mobility contract is an agreement between you and the Universi
